The visitors beat Bodo/Glimt 2-nil last night in Norway to complete a 5-1 aggregate win in their semi-final tie.
Postecoglou admits it has been a disappointing season but says they have a chance to end it on a high.

Chelsea booked their place in the Conference League final; a 1-0 win at Stamford Bridge was enough to beat Djurgarden 5-1 over the two legs.
They'll play Real Betis in the final on May 28th.
