England win Euro Under-21 Final

Jonathan Rowe headed in a dramatic extra time winner for England's Under-21s as they beat Germany 3-2 to retain their European Championship title.

The Young Lions had gone 2-nil up through Harvey Elliott and Omari Hutchinson before their opponents hit back to force another half an hour in Bratislava.

Victory sees Lee Carsley's side defend the trophy they lifted in 2023.
