Eddie Jones’ position as Wallabies head coach is safe - that’s according to Rugby Australia chief executive Phil Waugh.

Jones had reportedly held talks with Japan prior to the World Cup, and the Wallabies are on the brink of a World Cup exit.

But Waugh insists they remain committed to the Jones project, while also accepting the coach’s word regarding his own commitment.
