Novak Djokovic has set up a US Open semi-final clash with Carlos Alcaraz.
Djokovic beat American Taylor Fritz in four sets to keep his hopes alive of a record 25th Grand Slam title.
In the women’s draw, defending champion Aryna Sabalenka progressed to the last-four without playing after opponent Marketa Vondrousova withdrew with a knee injury.

Sabalenka will meet Jessica Pegula in a repeat of last year’s final.
