Novak Djokovic has withdrawn from tennis's Italian Open next week.
It's another set-back for the 24-time Grand Slam winner's preparations for Roland Garros, following an early exit from the Madrid Open over the weekend.
Djokovic has competed in Rome every year since 2007, winning the title six times.
