The defending champions beat Monaghan by 1-21 to 2-10 at Healy Park in Omagh.
The line-up for this year's Leinster and Ulster football finals will be completed this afternoon.

In Leinster, both semi-finals take place at Croke Park.
Louth face Offaly from 1.45pm with Dublin going up against Kildare at 4pm.
At the same time in Clones, it's Armagh versus Down.
