Dazzling display sees Kerry crowned All-Ireland champions; O'Connor set to step down

Kerry are All-Ireland Senior football champions for a record 39th time.

The Kingdom were majestic as they overcame Donegal in Croke Park by 1-26 to 0-19.

David Clifford kicked 9 points from play while Joe O'Connor kicked a late goal.

Boss Jack O'Connor has now led his county to 5 All Ireland titles and hinted that he plans to step away from the role after this season

O'Connor told RTE this was his last hurrah.

Tony Leen of The Irish Examiner reported: Jack O'Connor says in media conference that he had said from the outset of the 2025 season that this was his final one as Kerry manager.
