Dave Connell has been appointed new manager of the Wexford Women's team.
The former Galway United player left his role as head coach of the Republic of Ireland women's under-19s side, as part of recent staff cutbacks within the FAI.
Wexford finished fourth in the League of Ireland Women's Premier Division in the season just gone.
