Crocket wins Ras Mumhan after Harvey hit with penalty

Finn Crocket is the winner of Kerry Group Ras Mumhan.

Dean Harvey was first on the final stage and Ras winner by a single second until a 2 minute penalty demoted him.

He was handed the punishment due to an infringement on the last lap.
