The cost of the proposed redevelopment of Dalymount Park has risen to 63-million Euro.
A new report on the report has revealed that Dublin County Council intend to borrow 34-million Euro to provide funding for the project to get underway in 2027.
It would see Bohemians temporarily leave Dalymount in 2026, with a planned completion date in 2028.
