Cork hit with double injury blow

The Cork senior hurlers have been hit with a double injury blow.

Ciaran Joyce has a torn cruciate ligament which was sustained in yesterday's Munster Championship clash with Limerick.

Fellow defender Rob Downey will be out for six weeks after suffering torn ankle ligaments.

The Rebels play their next match in Munster in May 9th against Waterford at Walsh Park.
