Tottenham boss Antonio Conte won't be in the dugout for Sunday's Premier League match against former club Chelsea.
The Italian - who's recovering from gallbladder surgery - was told by doctors to rest again, having initially rushed back to first-team duties.
Assistant Cristian Stellini led the side for last weekend's win over West Ham and has been in regular contact with Conte.
