Chelsea Set To Sign Portugal Forward

Chelsea are expected to complete the loan signing of Joao Felix today.

The Premier League club are paying Atletico Madrid 11-million euro for the Portuguese forward's services for the rest of the season, as well as covering his entire wage packet.
