Chelsea have agreed a "significant" compensation package with Brighton for head of recruitment Paul Winstanley.
He'd already been placed on gardening leave while the two clubs discussed terms for him to move to Stamford Bridge.
Winstanley follows Albion's former boss Graham Potter in making the switch to London.
