Dublin camogie chairperson Karl O'Brien believes the skorts vote at tomorrow's Special Congress could be a 'defining moment' for the Association.
The Congress has been called on the back of protests from inter-county players, who are seeking the option to wear shorts.
O'Brien has told The Irish Independent that he feels it's become a 'player welfare issue', and that all six of Dublin's votes will be backing the motion to allow shorts.
He added that inter-county players might not back down if the vote is defeated tomorrow.
