Burnley midfielder Hannibal Mejbri has been charged with misconduct following his side's 2-nil home win over Leeds in the Premier League.
He's been accused of spitting at, or towards, the visiting supporters at Turf Moor on the 18th of October.
Mejbri has until next Friday to respond.

Swansea have sacked manager Alan Sheehan with the club 18th in the Championship.
The Athlone native departs after six months in the job, having won only four out of 15 league matches.
The search for his replacement now begins ahead of their next match, away at Bristol City, on the 22nd of November.
