Bronze for Irish swimmer

At the European Para Swimming Championships in Madeira and Roisin Ni Riain took bronze in the 400-metre freestyle in the last hour.

Later tonight, Team Ireland have two more medal opportunities as Barry McClements competes in the 100-metre backstroke final at 7.30, while Nicole Turner goes in the 100-metre breaststroke final at 25 to 8.
