Christian Horner says it was the "biggest privilege of his life" to work for Red Bull's F1 team after he was sacked as team principal after 20 years.
The 51-year-old - who led the team to eight drivers' championships and six constructors' titles - has been replaced with immediate effect by Laurent Mekies ((pron: lor-on meck-ees)).
Horner gave an emotional speech yesterday morning to Red Bull's staff in Milton Keynes following his removal.
