Bayer Leverkusen manager Xabi Alonso has confirmed he's leaving at the end of the season.
He led the club to the Bundesliga and German Cup titles last year, losing just one game in the whole season as they missed out on Europa League glory.
Alonso is expected to replace Carlo Ancelotti at Real Madrid, where he won five trophies during his playing career.
