Ashleigh Barty is the new Wimbledon Women's champion.
The world number one edged a dramatic final against Czech eighth seed Karolina Pliskova 2 sets to 1 on Centre Court this afternoon.
Barty is the first Australian to win the Venus Rosewater Dish since 1980.
