It's understood a ban on Russian teams competing in European tournaments will remain in place due to the ongoing war in Ukraine.
The UEFA Super Cup - which was due to be played in Kazan in August - is also expected to be moved.
A meeting is being held between the Russian Football Union and European football's governing body tomorrow.
