Aston Villa plan to increase their stadium capacity

Aston Villa have plans to increase the capacity of Villa Park to over 50-thousand with the addition of a new stand.

The club has also received planning permission to build a new academy adjacent to the stadium.

Villa will now consult fans and stakeholders to make sure the plans fit the needs of the local community.
