Antonio Conte to have surgery due to abdominal pain

Tottenham say boss Antonio Conte is having surgery today to remove his gall bladder, after experiencing abdominal pain recently.

Spurs say Italian Conte will return following a "period of recuperation".

They play Manchester City in the Premier League on Sunday.
