The Dublin side beat the holders by 22 points to 21 in the decider at the Aviva Stadium.
Defending champions UL Bohemians needed a late try to see off rivals Railway in the women's final.

Eilis Cahill crashed over with the clock in the red to hand the Limerick side a 29-24 victory in Dublin.
It's a 15th national crown for UL and a first loss in 20 games for Railway.
