The holders edged out Donegal by 2-12 to 2-7 at Pairc Sean MacDiarmada in their quarter-final.
Carla Rowe scored both goals for the winners.

They'll take on Mayo in the last four.
Michael Moyles' side had too much for neighbours Galway, winning on a scoreline of 1-15 to 1-11 in Castlebar.
Cork and Meath are the other two counties left in the competition.
