11-to-2 shot Snowfall won the Oaks, the feature on the opening day of the Derby Festival at Epsom.

Trainer Aidan O’Brien and jockey Frankie Dettori conspired for the victory, with Mystery Angel second, and Divinely in third.

Earlier, 8-to-1 shot Pyledriver won the group 1 Coronation Cup.
