Rhasidat Adeleke has won her 400 metres heat on day two of the World Athletics Championships in Budapest.
The Tallaght native clocked a time of 50 point 8 zero seconds and is into the semi finals.
Sharlene Mawdsley has also qualified for the 400 metres semis.
Ciara Mageean has qualified for the final of the women's 1500 metres.
She finished third in her semi final in a time of 4 minutes 2 - point 7 seconds and will be back for the final on Tuesday.
Sarah Healy set a personal best in the other semi - a time of 3 minutes 59 point 6-8 - but it wasn't enough for her to go through.
Andrew Coscoran's challenge ended in the semi-finals of the men's 1500 metres - he was not inside the top six.
