Adam Lallana has announced his retirement from playing football.
The midfielder ends his career where it began - at Southampton - after re-joining them last season.
He won the Champions League and a Premier League title with Liverpool before moving to Brighton.

He finished the previous campaign working as part of Southampton interim manager Simon Rusk's coaching staff.
