Tottenham's owners have invested 150 million pounds into the club as they prepare to back boss Antonio Conte in the transfer marker this summer.
E-N-I-C have pledged the cash - via the issue of convertible shares and accompanying warrants.
The additional funds come on the back of Spurs returning to the Champions League after two years away.
