Killarney solicitor Pádraig O’Connell represents the man and woman who were arrested last Thursday in relation to the investigation into the murder of a five-day-old baby boy who was found on a beach near Cahersiveen almost 39 years. They were subsequently released without charge; a file is being prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions.
