Solicitor for Family of Kerry CAMHS Teenager Speaks Following HSE Settlement – April 8th, 2025

Last week, the HSE apologised in the High Court for failings in the care of a 17-year-old Kerry girl who took her own life while in the care of the Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS). The HSE settled the action taken by her parents over the death of the girl. Jerry spoke to Cian O'Carroll of Cian O’Carroll Solicitors, who represented the girl’s parents.
