Should drivers over 70 undergo a medical and refresher course?

Cllr Marie Moloney is furious over the proposal from the EU that drivers over 70 should have to undergo medical and refresher courses in driving. She says, this is ironic – they spend their best years paying tax, and then they try to take away peoples independence when they finish their working life.
