Seeing Red over Phone Line Quality – February 21st, 2018

79-year-old Patrick O’Brien has had a landline phone for 40 years. However, he says the quality of the phone line has deteriorated in recent times and he claims he’s getting no satisfaction from Eir. Patrick says this is the reason why he’s refusing to pay his bill. He’s also been in hospital on a number of occasions recently. Eir have not yet commented.
