Captain Brian FitzGerald who spoke on the subject last week returns. He works at the Department of Climate, Energy, and the Environment as the community liaison officer for the National Designated Maritime Area Plan (NDMAP). Brian was previously a ship’s captain and operational commander in the Naval Service and is a lecturer in maritime law.
