Cllr Fionnán Fitzgerald says that people who dump rubbish and/or unwanted items should be regarded as polluters. He spoke to Jerry about how mattresses were dumped at the side of the road in Kilquane, Ballymacelligott. He says those responsible should be prosecuted.
