In 1972, aged 10, Richard Moore, was blinded by a rubber bullet fired at point blank range into his face. Amazingly, the Derry man did not become embittered and founded the anti-poverty organisation, Children in Crossfire. Richard will speak in St John’s Church, Castle Street, Tralee next Monday at 7.30pm about the power of forgiveness.
