Aishling Clifford lives in Killorglin. She enjoys everything about our great outdoors and how lucky and blessed we are here in Kerry.
Before the Covid 19 pandemic, Aishling was living in Dublin. She had travelled around the world and explored so many new cities. As Covid began to emerge, Aishling found herself back in her home town in Killorglin.
Being back at home gave Aishling the opportunity to challenge herself with a 30 day cold water swim. She went to the coasts around her to indulge what being in the cold water felt like. A year on, it is now he daily ritual.
Aishling spoke with Kaya on a cold, snowy morning, before her swim, to share her story with us on Travels Through a Kingdom.
