Tralee Soup Kitchen is busier than ever – numbers have gone up about 10 percent in the last month.
This Saturday marks 10 years since it was set up as a recession stop-gap for 6 months.
Collette Price, one of the co-founders, says they’ve had to keep it going, as the demand is still there – and the numbers attending have started to rise in recent weeks. Regulars include people from Listowel and Castleisland.
