An initiative aimed at promoting youth wellbeing, strengthening safeguarding awareness, and preventing violence against young women and girls has been launched in Tralee. It’s called the CARE initiative and it was designed by Social Care students at MTU, led by Christina Fitzgerald. The project has been supported by a range of local organisations including the Kerry Women Centre.
