Cllr Johnnie Healy-Rae is concerned that deer are being spotted all over the county at the moment, regularly causing accidents and near-accidents. He says there were seven accidents in eight days in his part of the county. He raised the issue at yesterday’s monthly meeting of Kerry County Council.
