Co. Clare mother Laura Collins had her baby over a year ago and he needed brain cooling, he had to travel from Limerick to Cork to be treated, and also had to wait for a special ambulance to come from Dublin. Carmel Finnegan has been campaigning for this treatment to be available in all Irish Maternitiy Hospitals.
