Kilgarvan native Michael Randles is a retired law lecturer at Cork Institute of Technology, now MTU. At present, there’s just one veterinary college in Ireland at UCD. Michael has studied the matter and outlines why he believes this province is well placed to be the location for a second college for student vets.
