The Cathaoirleach of Listowel Municipal District has questioned the need for three rounds of public consultation regarding the Listowel to Tralee Greenway.
Fianna Fáil councillor believes the greenway could be finished sooner if Kerry County Council did not have to consult so many outside bodies.
