Ox Park in Tralee was officially opened on Friday near Tralee Sports and Leisure Centre. It was named in honour of internationally renowned skateboarder, the late Bruce ‘The Ox’ Kelliher who grew up in Ard na Lí, close to the park. Treasa Murphy spoke to Rae and Evelyn, Bruce’s parents and to Justin McCarthy of the Tralee Skateboard Community Group. Bruce Kelliher’s brother, Graham, spoke at Ox Park’s official opening.
