When the show began just after 9.10am, it appeared that over 130 Ukrainian refugees who had been living in Hotel Killarney would be leaving at 11am to travel to new accommodation in County Mayo. That had been the message from Minister Roderic O’Gorman and IPAS, the International Protection Accommodation Services.
