The Supreme Court has found in favour of a Tipperary man who argued that he was entitled to a widower’s pension even though he wasn’t married to his late partner. Jerry got reaction from Sean Griffin from Cahersiveen. He says tax benefits currently only available to married couples should be extended to those who are unmarried.
