According to a new report from Oxford Economics commissioned by Airbnb, people staying in short-term rentals organised through the portal spent €65 million in the county last year. This is on top of €53 million paid to Airbnb hosts in Kerry. Jerry spoke to Derek Nolan, head of public policy at Airbnb Ireland.
