Jerry spoke to Dr Susan Mary Lawlor of the State of Mind mental health organisation. Susan is a previous winner of the Fexco Radio Kerry Hero Awards and has won international accolade for her work in the area of mental health. She has advice for any of us who are going through difficulties and are not looking forward to Christmas. She herself lost her brother in December 2018 when he was killed by a hit-and-run driver.
