The water utility has rejected criticism of works that are being carried out to upgrade the Mountain Stage Water Supply Scheme. The plant is in an area which includes Letter West. An Taisce says this area has the greatest number of Neolithic rock art panels of any townland in Ireland. Antiquities officer with An Taisce, Mark Clinton spoke to Jerry.
