Alan Teahan’s young son’s phone was taken in Dublin. Alan put a tracker on it and located it to a house in Donaghmede. He showed this to a garda who said they couldn’t use the tracker app as proof of location. So Alan knows where the phone is but can’t get it. Alan’s story prompted Breda O’Shea to get in touch.
